Shipping & Delivery

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, holidays, or courier delays, which are beyond our control.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placement or before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking information shows that the order has been successfully delivered, we will consider the order as fulfilled. In such cases, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and no refund or replacement will be issued. Customers are advised to ensure accurate shipping details and a secure delivery location.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of dispatch, you may contact us to request a full refund or replacement.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear photo or video evidence. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund as applicable.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
