Refund policy
We strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team through e-mail with clear photos or videos as proof. Upon verification, we will offer a full refund as applicable. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that refunds are not applicable for change of mind or normal wear and tear. Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our policy conditions. Only defective or damaged item are allowed for refund.
